Profiling/Polishing Machine London

At Danny Deco/Deco Stone our Breton profiling and polishing machine is key to delivering the refined finish and edge detail that define premium stone, quartz, porcelain, and solid surface worktops and vanities.

This advanced machine allows us at Danny Deco/Deco Stone to create a wide range of edge profiles with exceptional accuracy, followed by high-quality polishing that produces smooth, consistent, and durable finishes. From clean, modern edges to more detailed profiles, every piece is finished to exact specifications.

Engineered for precision and consistency, the Breton system ensures uniform results across all materials, including ultra-compact porcelain and engineered quartz. The controlled profiling and polishing process enhances both the appearance and longevity of the surface, resulting in edges that are not only visually flawless but also built to last.

By combining this technology with skilled craftsmanship, we are able to deliver at Danny Deco/Deco Stone crisp detailing, superior polish, and a high-end finish that meets the expectations of both residential and commercial projects.

Ogee

This traditional style edge features a concave arch that transitions into a convex arch.

An edge that is rounded along the top and flattens at the bottom for a straight edge while maintaining a consistent thickness. Also known as half-bullnose.
